Twelve UBC researchers receive MSFHR funds for patient-care research, commercialization

Twelve UBC researchers have been awarded funding for patient-care research and commercialization through two competitions administered by the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research, the results of which were announced today.

Seven UBC researchers were named to the Health Professional – Investigator award, which supports health professionals who are actively involved in patient care to conduct and apply research that is relevant to health and/or the health system in British Columbia.
